Sarah Palin Goes the Distance of being Inconsistent and Incoherent
Mar 24th, 2009 | By chamay0 | Category: Featured StoriesShocker! Palin continues to be full of nonsense. As she continues on her way to forge a pact with her base of loony tunes right wingers to become the next president (I haven’t figured out which planet, damn sure not earth), she is doing what she does best: Lacking any coherent sense. Albeit she’s already a model of something for the conservative base. I just haven’t found the right words to describe it. Let’s see if I can try to assemble her positions into some sort of cohesive order (doubt it).
She is the republican party’s choice for vice president when McCain was running for president. Within 48 hours of her selection and acceptance we discovered she had a 17 year old pregnant daughter, Bristol. Of course since she was a conservative this was perfectly acceptable because Bristol choose to have her baby. However, I would be remiss if I failed to mention the obvious fact, had Palin been a liberal such a situation would have been viewed as the height of the promiscuousness brought on by the liberals irresponsibility towards the well being and growth of their children. But, luckily she is a conservative and such standards do not exist. If you are a conservative you can do no wrong.
Then the lovely Palin went on a vicious smear campaign to insinuate that President Obama was anyone from a terrorist to a socialist. She also participated in some of the worst race baiting that had not been seen since the 60s and 70s. But alas, since she is a conservative the standard rule for deceny once again does not apply.
Next Palin ventured into a better introduction of who she was by going on a few select interviews. Not even Fox 24-hours of bullshit News could save her after her memorable interviews with Charles Gibbs and Katie Couric. She was clueless and incoherent. A deadly combination for any politician. It did not help that the McCain/Palin ticket dissolved into a cat fight.
I could also mention some of her other memorable moments on TV. Come on, who could forget her Turkey Slaughter Interview? Yea baby, she’s a manly man’s dream girl come true. Of course if you prefer to have your turkey cooked minus the details of how that turkey got on the table…well then she’s not for you.
She’s also the loser. The vice president is Joe Biden. Not Sarah Palin. Let’s just say that the American people rejected McCain because of her. Something about Bush like stupidness quality that we found out she possessed, really turned the American people off.
Now she has come out to further show just how ambitious she is by making the people of her state pay for her desire to promote herself for a possible bid to be president in 2012. She has decided to not take 30% of the stimulus package. If you listen to her reasoning for not taking that money it is the usual GOP crap regarding growing the governments role in Alaska. Okay that could be true. Let’s see by examining what money she is refusing.
Palin is turning down money for weatherization, energy efficiency grants, immunizations, air quality grants, emergency food assistance, homeless grants, senior meals, child care development grants, nutrition programs, homeless grants, arts, unemployment services, air quality, justice assistance grants and other programs.
Judging by the money Palin is rejecting it seems more like she has a real aversion to helping her state advanced into the 21st century and helping those that are in need survive this economic downfall. How that will grow the government seems moot. Sorry but it seems that the wonderful conservative star, Palin, is practicing some serious political posturing. She is right up there with Jindal, and Sandford.
But for Palin to come back and make the following comment about the president: I hope President Obama’s comments do not reflect how he truly feels about the special-needs community…” when she is more than willing to deny money for that same group of people in her own state, throws her right back into the arena of being inconsistent and incoherent. The hypocrisy would be funny if there was not real people out there that needed their elected officials to get off the cereal box and start doing their damn jobs. The fact that Palin continues to lack coherency is a given, why we keep putting these jerks into office is what really needs to be examined.
What further adds fuel to Mrs. want to be president in 2012 is the fact that she is now flip flopping. Now that the Alaskan people have come out to protest, she’s once again has change her story about accepting the stimulus money. Can we please have 24 hours of consistency? I mean really, what is coherent about this?
